History
Simon Dragan is the founder of Whitley Investment Partners and the former owner and CEO of Whitley Manufacturing — one of America's premier modular construction enterprises. Over more than three decades, Simon scaled Whitley from a single Indiana factory into a nationwide enterprise with hundreds of employees and over $100M in annual revenue, before completing its sale to Sunbelt Modular in 2025. A longtime commercial real estate investor, Simon founded WIP to apply the same discipline and long-term thinking that built Whitley Manufacturing to the acquisition and development of exceptional commercial assets.
